2020 Summer Camp
At this time, due to the COVID-19 public health crisis, we are not currently accepting summer camp registrations.
Update 5/18/2020: Child care programs are currently slated to be included in Phase 2 of the Massachusetts reopening plan. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has announced that in the next few weeks we might receive guidelines on what the new requirements will be to be able to open child care programs. When that guidance is received, our organization will be able to make an informed decision about summer camp.
If you are an essential worker or returning to work in Phase 1, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has emergency child care centers open that have the capacity for your family. Learn more about that service here, where you can see providers near you or download a list of those providers.
NEW THIS YEAR. You must have your physician’s form including immunization record in order to register for summer camp. We will not accept registration forms or deposits if a physician’s form is not included.
Early Registration: March 2, 2020 – March 26, 2020. Families of youth & teens who are ACTIVE members of the Club’s programs (Clubhouse, ATB, BTB, Project Learn, L.E.A.P.) between 9/1/20 and 2/28/20 or who participated in summer camp in 2019. Parents may register at the Clubhouse Front Desk during normal business hours. **Note that the Clubhouse is closed March 9 – March 13.** Those not signed up by 9:00 p.m. on March 26th will have to attend public registration day. Remember that camp fills on a first come, first served basis and early registration does not guarantee your slot, so please do not wait.
Public Registration Day: March 28, 2020. Families of non-members seeking to enroll their child in camp must attend. Space will be very limited and will be awarded based on a lottery drawing. Lottery tickets will be given out beginning at 9:00 a.m. and numbers will begin to be called at 9:15 a.m. Lottery tickets will NOT be given out after 11:00 a.m. Remember that you must bring your child’s most recent physician’s form from their annual physical with you to register.
About Our Camp
Licensed by the Department of Public Health, the Club’s summer camp program is a traditional day camp that also offers an abundance of high yield learning activities aimed at curbing summer learning loss. We aim to build campers’ self confidence while they develop respect for each other and the world around them.
