Cupid Shuffle Fitness Challenge

How many reps can you get in of this at home workout challenge? All you need is some open space and the song “Cupid Shuffle!” A simple way to keep active and challenge yourself every day.

Play Catch

It is important to stay active and get your whole house active alongside with you! Challenge your family to a group game or activity and enjoy a the nice weather when you can.

Wall Sits

How long can you go? Can you beat yourself? Or your mom? Or a friend? Don’t forget proper form: 1. Make sure your back is flat against the wall. Set your feet about shoulder-width apart and then about 2 ft out from the wall. 2. Slide your back down the wall, bending your legs until they’re in a 90 degree angle—or as close as you can get! Your knees should be directly above your ankles, but no more forward. 3. HOLD your position, make sure to keep time. 4. Stand slowly, while leaning against the wall, when done.

Daily Pushup Challenges

Can you complete 20 pushups each day? Modify this challenge by doing a pushup on your knees first or splitting up the pushups in the morning and the night. Then challenge yourself to a full pushup and more pushups each day!

At Home Golfing

Set up an at home golf course! If you don’t have golf equipment, use a broom and a small ball instead. Challenge your family to play along.
