Main Clubhouse

PROGRAM DIRECTOR (FT) – Our drop-in program at the Clubhouse is looking for a Clubhouse Program Director to plan the overall program. The Director is responsible for effectively delivering a broad range of activities for youth and teens, and planning, developing and overseeing program implementation and outcome measurement while supervising programs, staff and volunteers. EDUCATION DIRECTOR (FT) – The Clubhouse is seeking a full time Education Director to oversee the academic success programs and opportunties for Club members. This position is responsible for the day-to-day activities in the Arts & Education Center and developing high yield learning opportunities for youth and teens. AFTERSCHOOL GYM ASSISTANT (PT) – Do you love being active and have an interest in fostering that same enjoyment in young people? Consider joining our team! We are looking for a part-time Afterschool Gym Assistant to help implement sports, games, and other wellness activities at our Main Clubhouse. AFTERSCHOOL ART TEACHER (PT) – Are you passionate about drawing, photography, or just love making a mess while being crafty? We are looking for a part-time Afterschool Art Teacher to implement art activities with our Club members after they finish their homework each afternoon. AFTERSCHOOL TEEN PROGRAM ASSISTANT (PT) – Our Club members in grades 7-12 have access to their own dedicated space and programming at the Clubhouse. We are looking for that special individual who works well with adolescents and will assist with creating engaging activities that will keep them coming back to the Club. Ideal candidates will be available at least three afternoons per week, 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., though evening availability is also a plus. AMERICORPS – In partnership with Social Capital Inc., we will host two full time AmeriCorps Youth Leadership Coordinators, who will complete 1,700 service hours between September 2021 and June 2022. Youth Leadership Coordinators will serve as leaders to a youth council, and increase the capacity of host sites to implement social capital building, youth engagement and community service-learning as strategies to achieve high educational outcomes. L.E.A.P. Childcare

PART TIME PRESCHOOL TEACHER – JLM Boys & Girls Club is seeking an early childhood teacher to work with its preschool and pre-K classrooms. This is a part time position, with the opportunity to grow into a full time position within six months.
