Main Clubhouse

AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM SPECIALIST, Part Time – The Main Clubhouse is seeking an Afterschool Program Specialist to join our school year team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with youth and teens ages 8 to 18 and is excited to lead engaging, content specific programs that support academic success, healthy lifestyles, and positive character development. Program Specialists work alongside a dedicated team to plan and deliver activities that are fun, inclusive, and meaningful, while helping create a safe and welcoming environment for all members. TEEN WORKFORCE PROGRAM ASSISTANT, Part Time – The Main Clubhouse is seeking a Teen Workforce Program Assistant to support the delivery of high impact after school workforce readiness and education programs for middle and high school youth during the school year. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring teens and is passionate about helping young people build the skills and confidence they need for future success. Program Assistants work closely with the Teen Director to lead hands on programming focused on career exploration, professional skills, and post graduation planning, while fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. This position is part time with a commitment of approximately 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible afternoon and evening hours and the potential for additional hours during summer programming. TEAM Summer

CAMP COUNSELOR, Full Time, Temporary – James L McKeown Boys & Girls Club of Woburn is seeking energetic camp counselors to join its popular TEAM Summer program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to help create a safe, active, and engaging summer experience. Counselors work as part of a team to supervise campers, lead fun and educational activities, and support programs like Summer Brain Gain and SMART Moves. Training begins June 22 and camp runs through August 21. This is a temporary full time position at 40 hours per week, and candidates must be available for the full nine week program. FOOD SERVICE COORDINATOR, Part Time, Temporary – James L McKeown Boys & Girls Club of Woburn is seeking a Food Service Coordinator to oversee the daily implementation of summer meals for its TEAM Summer program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys food service and wants to help ensure children and teens have reliable, healthy meals each day. The Food Service Coordinator is responsible for menu planning, meal preparation, purchasing supplies, and managing meal service and records. This is a part time seasonal position for July and August, working approximately 25 to 30 hours per week.
