Administration

CHILDCARE DIRECTOR, Full Time – Our organization seeks a Childcare Director to plan, implement, and supervise all licensed childcare programs, currently including two afterschool programs for grades K-5 and a year-round, full-day preschool program with two classrooms. The Childcare Director supervises a team of both full-time and part-time childcare teachers. This individual is responsible for maintaining a positive, professional relationship with members, parents, staff, and the community. TEAM Summer

HIGH SCHOOL INTERN, Part Time, Temporary – The Club seeks motivated interns for our TEAM Summer program. The internship is for current high school students or Class of 2025 graduates. Candidates must be at least 16 years old by 6/23/25, have a strong work ethic and maturity, and be interested in a career in education, youth work, or human services. The internship is a nine-week commitment of 20 hours per week. Main Clubhouse

CLUBHOUSE PROGRAM DIRECTOR, Full Time – The Main Clubhouse seeks a Program Director to oversee its drop-in program, which serves 250+ youth per day. The Program Director supervises staff and volunteers to implement a high-quality, diverse, and well-rounded program to meet the needs of youth and teens ages 8 – 18. TEEN WORKFORCE PROGRAM ASSISTANTS, Part Time – The Main Clubhouse afterschool drop-in program seeks two Teen Workforce Program Assistants to develop and implement workforce readiness, career exploration, and job placement programming in our teen program. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANTS, Part Time – The Main Clubhouse afterschool drop-in program seeks multiple Youth Development Assistants to support programming and activities in the upcoming program year. These individuals will be responsible for leading programs in STEM, technology, arts, and/or social recreation during the afterschool hours. After the Bell

AFTER THE BELL TEACHER, Part Time – After the Bell at the Shamrock and Altavesta Elementary Schools seeks After the Bell Teachers to implement enrichment activities and homework assistance within its 21st Century Learning Center programs. AFTER THE BELL ASSISTANT, Part Time – After the Bell at the Shamrock and Altavesta Elementary Schools seeks After the Bell Assistants to support the program teacher in providing students with enrichment activities and homework assistance. Assistants work alongside students, helping them follow directions during the activities and also helping them with their homework assignments.
