LEAP Childcare
PRE-K TEACHER, Full Time – Our LEAP Childcare program, offering full-time, year-round childcare to children ages 2.9 – 5, seeks a full-time teacher in its Pre-K classroom. The Pre-K teacher works together with co-teachers to develop and offer a curriculum that prepares students for kindergarten and creates a safe, nurturing learning environment that meets the needs of all children. TEAM Summer
LIFEGUARD, Part Time Temporary –
The Club seeks dependable and qualified lifeguards for the 2025 summer season to help keep members safe and active. Lifeguards will monitor our indoor pool, maintain a clean and safe swimming environment, assist with swim lessons, and bring a positive, professional attitude to every shift. Responsibilities include opening the pool, supervising recreational swim, supporting swim instruction, administering swim tests, testing water quality, and maintaining pool equipment. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and ready to support a fun and structured summer for Club members.
Shifts available:
8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., Tuesdays-Fridays
9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Mondays
12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., Mondays-Fridays

SUMMER FOOD SERVICE COORDINATOR, Part Time, Temporary – The Club seeks candidates interested in overseeing the summer meals program for 100 youth and teens, five days a week, during July and August. Responsibilities include menu planning, purchasing food and supplies, preparing meals and snacks, and record-keeping. Must be able to work independently, be effective with time management, and be excited to help feed Club members this summer. Main Clubhouse
EDUCATION DIRECTOR, Full Time – The Main Clubhouse seeks an Education Director to plan, implement, and supervise academic and enrichment programs for youth ages 8–18. The Education Director is responsible for delivering engaging activities that support members’ academic success, foster personal growth, and encourage participation across all program areas. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANTS, Part Time – The Main Clubhouse afterschool drop-in program seeks multiple Youth Development Assistants to support programming and activities in the upcoming program year. These individuals will be responsible for leading programs in STEM, technology, arts, and/or social recreation during the afterschool hours. AFTER THE BELL TEACHER, Part Time – After the Bell at the Shamrock and Altavesta Elementary Schools seeks After the Bell Teachers to implement enrichment activities and homework assistance within its 21st Century Learning Center programs. AFTER THE BELL ASSISTANT, Part Time – After the Bell at the Shamrock and Altavesta Elementary Schools seeks After the Bell Assistants to support the program teacher in providing students with enrichment activities and homework assistance. Assistants work alongside students, helping them follow directions during the activities and also helping them with their homework assignments.
