Main Clubhouse

The Main Clubhouse is open to youth & teens 8-18 years old from any community. The Club offers a wide variety of programs and opportunities to support youth in three main program areas: academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character & leadership. 



Main Clubhouse Program

The Clubhouse drop-in program runs from mid-September through mid-June. Clubhouse membership is open to youth, from any community ages 8-18. Membership for our afterschool program is $25 for the school year.

The Main Clubhouse program offers a drop-in membership. Members may attend any day the Club is open and do not need to register by the day. The James L. McKeown Boys & Girls Club of Woburn maintains an open-door policy, and only offers supervision INSIDE the building. Club members may enter and leave the facility at their own will. Make sure you are familiar with our policies & expectations and review the 2024-2025 Main Clubhouse Handbook.

Our drop-in program focuses on three priority outcome areas – academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character & leadership. The Club is open from Woburn Public Schools dismissal until 7:00 p.m., with teen-only hours from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A wide variety of activities and programs, in our outcome areas, are offered each day.

ALL youth & teens interested in becoming a member this school year MUST attend an orientation. Orientation is required for all new and returning members before attending the Clubhouse. All member must complete an updated membership via the MyClubHub Parent Portal.


Member Orientation

ALL youth & teens, both new & returning, interested in attending the Clubhouse MUST attend an orientation with an accompanying adult before attending the Clubhouse drop-in program. Orientation is an important part of our membership, where families learn the expectations, rules, and policies of our program, and receive a tour of the facility. No member will be admitted into the Clubhouse until they attend an orientation.

Make sure to arrive a few minutes early to orientation. There is no late admission as it is extremely important to receive all information. You do not need to sign up for an orientation, just attend the one that works best with your schedule.

Drop-in Membership Registration

All membership registration will take place online through our MyClubHub Parent Portal.

Remember: All families who were part of any Club program in the previous program years have a MyClubHub Parent Portal account, even if you did not access it! Make sure to take steps to locate this and not create a new account. If you have a previous member and you create an account that your child is not it in, please reach out to identify your previous account!

Completing your online registration is only one step in the membership process and all families must attend an orientation before attending the Club. No member will be admitted to the Clubhouse with an incomplete membership process.

Current Schedule

Get the most out of the Clubhouse! Take a look at our current schedule and work with your members to make plan. Members should be encouraged to try new things and get involved in the wide variety of activities and program available for them. Members who are engaged and active at the Clubhouse tend to have the most positive and successful experience with the drop-in program!
