Clubhouse Election Day & Veterans Day Programming

Join us at the Clubhouse for drop-in programming of Election Day and Veterans Day programming. All current Clubhouse members are encouraged to join us for a day of Club programming including special Election Day activities and Veterans Day service projects.

The Club will be open to drop-in members on Tuesday, November 5th and Monday, November 11th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Members must register on the MyClubHub Parent Portal to attend these days. Registration ensure safe staffing and always Club staff to plan accordingly. Members that are not registered, will not be allowed to access the program!

Please note that there is no early drop-off or late pick-ups. Members must arrange rides accordingly to be able to participate in vacation day programming. The Cadillac Café will be open and serving $5 pizza lunch, members must order at the beginning of the day!

To register, sign into your Parent Portal and click the “Register for Programs” image. You’ll find both days under the “School Vacation Programs” category. Click the arrow to review details of the day and then click enroll. Choose your member and click the flashing “Next” button at the top of the screen to complete your registration.

Join our in-house, intramural, instructional basketball leagues! Leagues are open to members in 2nd – 8th grade (all members must be 8 years old by 12/1/2024) from any community. The Club’s program seeks to foster an understanding and love of the game, support positive relationships amongst members through teamwork and a common goal, and create a fun, supportive environment for all.

Registration for all leagues is online through our MyClubHub parent portal and instructions for registration are below!

Biddy League: For members in 2nd, 3rd, & 4th grade – must be 8 years old by 12/1/2024.

Buddy League: For members in 5th & 6th grade.

Unity League: For members in 7th & 8th grade.

All leagues have 1 practice & 1 game a week throughout the season. Practices are held Tuesdays-Fridays. Biddy & Buddy league games are held on Saturdays and the occasional Friday nights. Intermediate games are held on Thursday nights. We cannot accommodate individual requests such as practice days, and/or coaches, team, friends etc. 

Leagues fill on a first come, first serve basis and capacity is fully dependent on availability of volunteer coaches. The success of this league is dependent on this support, if you are available and interested in volunteering with this program head here: Volunteer!

GEMSTONES
Gemstones is open to all elementary school members for the Clubhouse. This drop-in service learning opportunity meets every Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. Run by high school members of the Intrepid Keystone Club, this group is designed to teach members about what community service is, why it’s important, and how to create change in the community! TANNERS TORCH CLUB
Tanners Torch Club is open to current middle school members in 6th-8th grades. Torch Club meets every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. to plan and implement service learning projects in the areas of academic success, social recreation, and health & recreation aimed to better their Club and community! Reach out to Sean with any questions!

INTREPID KEYSTONE CLUB
The Intrepid Keystone Club is our high school service-learning group. We offer high schoolers leadership development opportunities through projects that focus on academic success, career preparation, teen outreach, community service, and an annual National Project. Keystone meets every Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. Applications to join for the new year is open to freshman, sophomores, and juniors! Email Aubrie with any questions!

Learn More About Service Learning @ the Club!

Join us on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. for our Service Learning Info Night! 

Take this opportunity to learn more about the different year-long service learning opportunity for Clubhouse members of all ages. Advisors and staff will be on hand to share about Gemstones, Tanners Torch Club, and Intrepid Keystone Club. These groups are designed to provide leadership skill development, community service hours, and connections among Club peers. All groups require a year-long commitment to weekly meetings plus additional hours for special events and projects.

This info session is open to all interested youth & teens of Clubhouse age. Interested youth must be accompanied by an adult during the information session and can not attend on their own. 

2024-2025 Main Clubhouse Drop-in Program Details

Back to School Means Back to the Club! We are excited to start a new program year and can’t wait to get all our friends back in the building for a great year of programs focusing on giving all members support in program areas including academic success, good character & leadership, and healthy lifestyles.
 
Drop-in at the Main Clubhouse opens on Monday, September 16, 2024.
 
All new & returning members must sign up for the new program year. Membership is complete by filling out a membership registration on the MyClubHub portal, paying the $25 membership fee, and attending a Clubhouse orientation. Registration opens on the portal on Tuesday, September 3, 2024!

Make sure to head to the Main Clubhouse section of our website to get all the details you need to fully complete registration for the 2024-2025 school year. Members can not attend the program until all pieces of the registration process are complete.

What ages is the Family Fall Fun Fair geared toward?
The events and activities are geared toward children ages 12 and younger.
 
Is this a drop-off event?
NO! Caregivers MUST stay with their child(ren) and supervise them for the duration of their stay.
 
Where should I park?
The event will be in the parking lot at the Clubhouse at Charles Gardner Lane, so there will be NO on-site parking. You may use and walk from local parking lots including TOCCI, the old Wyman School, and the Hurld Wyman School.

April Vacation at the Clubhouse!

We are looking forward to more spring weather and some extra time together at the Clubhouse for April Vacation! The Main Clubhouse will be open for April Vacation programming! All active members, from ages 8-18, are encouraged to sign up for April Vacation days at the Club and join us for full days of Club programming including gym games, arts & crafts, and social recreation programs.

Interested families must register by Wednesday, April 10th to participate on MyClubHubThere is no day of registration or drop-ins. There is no extra fee to participate. Pre-registration allows Club staff to prepare a fun, engaging, and safe vacation week for our members. 

The Clubhouse will be open Tuesday, April 16st – Thursday, April 18th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is no early drop-off or late pick-up, please make sure to plan rides accordingly so your members can participate fully. There is no programming and the Club is closed on Monday, April 15th and Friday, April 19th. 

Are any of your members looking for service hours? Make sure to register to attend on Thursday, April 18th! Our Intrepid Keystone Club will be hosting Global Youth Service Day activities for all members to participate, give back to their Club & community, and earn some service hours!

Lunch and snacks are available for purchase each day and members are welcome to bring their own food. All members should wear sneakers and pack a reusable water bottle.

MS Volleyball League: Registration Open Now!

The Club is partnering with our friends at the Massachusetts State Police with the MSP Teams program to bring a new middle school volleyball league to the Clubhouse!

Youth in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade are encouraged to join this co-ed, all level league. Due to the generous support from MA State Police there is no league fees. All players must be active Club members and register for the league on our parent portal. Not a member yet? Follow that link to register for the Club as well.

League runs from April 8th to June 14th with practices on Mondays & games on Fridays. There is an open try-out on Monday, April 8th to determine teams. First practice will take place Friday, April 12th and continue every Monday beginning Monday, April 22nd. First game will take place on Friday, April 26th.

We are also seeking interested adult volunteers to support this new program! If you are interested in coaching and getting involved in the Club, email Dave now.

Teens: Join us for ACE Teen Summer!

The Clubhouse is excited to offer A.C.E. Teen Summer for a second year for our members who are currently enrolled in 9th and 10th grade! This program is designed to expand workforce development opportunities and career readiness while offering safe and fun options for our teens during the summer months.

ACE (Advancing Career Exploration) Teen Summer sets out for members to explore their interests and passions, develop their employability skills, and be exposed to real world work opportunities through fun, engaging off-site experiences. More details can be found here!
