Save the date for our 2nd Annual Moo Fest on Saturday, September 21, 2019! Join us at the Club from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for this community event. This family friendly day will include music, food, beer & wine as well as games and activities for all ages! Entry and activities are free for all with food and drinks to purchase.
Don’t forget the main event: Cow Pie Bingo! Support the Club by purchasing a land parcel and taking a chance that our cow will pick you! We only sell 500 parcels for $50 a parcel and if the cow pie lands on your parcel you will win $5000! Other prizes including cash and gift cards will be awarded throughout the day.

Clubhouse Closed – Monday, May 27, 2019 in observance of Memorial Day.
No Teen Hours – Friday, May 31, 2019 due to the Spring Fling. Normal programming will occur after school until 7:00 p.m. All members not participating or volunteering at the Spring Fling dance must leave at 7:00 p.m.
Clubhouse Closed – Monday, June 10, 2019 for a staff retreat.
Please note that the last day of the drop-in program will be Wednesday, June 19, 2019. Keep an eye out here for upcoming celebrations and special events to close our our 2018-2019 program year.

The James L. McKeown Boys & Girls Club Main Clubhouse will be open for drop-in Tuesday, April 16, 2019 to Thursday, April 18, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note that the Club will be closed both Monday, April 15, 2019 and Friday, April 19, 2019.
We look forward to a fun few days of programming and activities with our members! Members are invited to swim each day with our elementary members swimming at 1:00 p.m. and our middle school and high school members swimming at 2:00 p.m. The Cafe will be open every day from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and will be offering a pizza lunch (1 slice of pizza, two snacks & a drink) for $4.
The drop-in Clubhouse will be open for February Vacation! Members are welcome to join us Tuesday, February 19, 2019 to Friday, February 22, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All currently enrolled members are welcome to participate in our drop-in program schedule.
The week will be full of a variety of programs celebrating each season! From STEM challenges, arts & crafts and gym games, we will have a full week of programming. Members are invited to swim daily and are encouraged to bring their swim suits and towel.
Join us on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 for a drop-in karate class from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Members interested in giving a try should be at the Club by 10:30 a.m. to ensure a spot!
Gemstones will be hosting Heart Healthy Hour to educate members about keeping active and healthy and engaging them in American Heart Month! Join them in a variety of activities on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Cadillac Cafe will be open each day from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Each day we will offer a pizza lunch option that includes 1 slice of pizza, two snacks and a drink for $4. Other snacks will be available for purchase as well.

Fall 2018 Clubhouse Drop-In Schedule

Fall 2018 Leagues Beginning at the Clubhouse!
These elementary and middle school leagues and designed to offer friendly competition, an opportunity to learn a new sport, and be active with friends! Interested members should come to the Club on the above listed days to sign up with staff. After the deadline, members will be put on a team and given a schedule of games. Leagues will run through December.
Service Learning Groups – Accepting New Members!
Become a member of one of our service learning groups and learn to be a leader and make new friends all while giving back to your community and your Club! Email Meg at email@example.com with specific questions and learn more about these programs here!
Gemstones is a drop-in program that meets weekly on Wednesdays @ 4:00 p.m. during the school year. All elementary members are welcome to participate and just need to show up at the Club to join! Learn the basics of community service from Keystone mentors though special service projects based on members interests and passions! There is no application for this program although weekly participation is encouraged for more impact.
Tanners Torch Club
The Tanners Torch Club meets weekly on Wednesdays @ 7:00 p.m. for the school year. This group is designed for our middle school members who are interested in community service and leadership development. Interested middle school members must attend an informational meeting on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse. At this meeting members will learn more about the expectations and commitments of being a member and be given all information to apply to be a part of this program.
Woburn Youth Council
The Woburn Youth Council meets weekly on Tuesdays @ 7:00 p.m. from October to June. Teens in grades 7-12 are welcome to join this group of motivated Club members seeking to create real change in their community. The Woburn Youth Council works with our SCI AmeriCorps members on initiatives based on the passions of our teens! Please join us at our interest meeting on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to learn more. Enrollment in the WYC is rolling and applications are accepted on a rolling basis, although early enrollment is encouraged!
Intrepid Keystone Club
The Intrepid Keystone Club will be accepting new members for the 2018-2019 program year. Interested high school freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are invited to apply. This group meets weekly on Wednesdays @ 8:00 p.m year round. A complete application must be submitted to the front desk of the Club by Wednesday, October 10, 2018 by 7:00 p.m. to be considered.
